Stelle Hotel The Businest

I stayed 3 nights alone, the staff is really good. The receptionist was kind, offered a really a good restaurant nearby ‘Ieri Oggi Domani Trattoria’. The room was clean and comfortable.

despite booking.com restrictive conditions (no changes,refund etc), when we had to delay our trip by a week, then an additional day, the hotel management was very understanding and accommodating. this was entirely exceptional for which we are most appreciative. Despite some comments in our guidebook to expect somewhat gritty conditions or characters near the central rail station, this was actually not the case. Not a charming area, but rather better than expected, and quite convenient for arrival/ departure by rail and within easy walking distance to enough of old Naples to get a flavor of its charm!

Room was clean and quite nice. Breakfast was included.

The hotel was nice and clean. The room service and cleaning was good. Overall, rooms were nice. Some issues with the aircon, not a modern and reliable system. Breakfast was in a cafe below the hotel. Service was quick but with really narrow selection. Location is central, close to tube and trains but maybe not the best part of the city.
