despite booking.com restrictive conditions (no changes,refund etc), when we had to delay our trip by a week, then an additional day, the hotel management was very understanding and accommodating. this was entirely exceptional for which we are most appreciative. Despite some comments in our guidebook to expect somewhat gritty conditions or characters near the central rail station, this was actually not the case. Not a charming area, but rather better than expected, and quite convenient for arrival/ departure by rail and within easy walking distance to enough of old Naples to get a flavor of its charm!

Location was very good. Just next to train station and metro. Room is spacious and breakfast is decent

Hotel immediately adjacent to the train station and accessible by off-street tunnels and pathways (tough area). We chose it for its location given our potential late arrival by train. Rooms were comfortable and very quiet in spite of busy street. Don't miss the Pescheria Pizzi Pizzi (open-air fish market) to see the fantastic array of local seafood up close.

Location is really good for those who want to catch the train. Got an upgraded room to Junior Suite which was nice - perhaps due to Genius rewards. Also close to good dining options and feels safe in a city that could do better.

The Hotel is really good! The air con was A M A Z I N G. The hotel hotel is very well located. The staff are very professional. I recommend it 100 times
